8 Questions to Ask Yourself When Creating a Custom Package
1) What are you Protecting? Depending on your product, certain materials work better than others. To become more familiar with our Foam, Bubble or Spun Bond Polypropylene.... "Ask the Expert".
2. What Material? Bubble, Foam, Spun Bond Polypropylene…they come in all different sizes, thickness & ounce when dealing with Spun Bond. Think about what your needs are and how we can HELP!
3) What Size? You will need to know the Length, Width, & Depth of your product. Also take into consideration the thickness of material and if a Lip & Tape are needed. We would be happy to create and quote your specific needs.
4) What Quantity? We suggest a monthly or 2x quantity amount to quote; larger quantities will always get a better price. (Stock Bags are an option in 3/16 Bubble & 3/32 Foam)
5) What is your Product? Tell us what you are packaging; we might have a better suggestion on material for you. "More information"
6) What Protection do you need? Products are all different; do you need Surface Protection or more Impact protection?
7) What application? Will a custom run with General Application work or does it need a special grade application - ex: (Food Grade/Medical Grade/Anti-Static VCI). Lamination of films are also available to increase material strength and puncture resistance.
8) What will Shipping Cost be? We pass our discount onto our customers, freight cost can be included in quote! Many options to choose from: UPS Package, FedEx Air Freight, LTL (Less-than Truck Load), Full Truck Load, Local Carrier, and Customer Pick-up.
