Bubble Wrap & Foam Bundle Options
Whether you are moving, packing & shipping, boxing or storing valuables, you need some sort of protective packaging material to keep items safe from damage.
A few things I'd like to bring to people's attention is that, here at Premier we market ourselves to companies who need custom protective packaging. ex: bags, sheets, tubing etc. But more importantly we have the abilitiy to offer bundles, slit bundles and perforated bundles of our packaging material.
Below is a diagram of what size bundles come in and out of our doors. Depending on the height of the bundle and the material, we typically carry bundle sizes ranging in specific thicknesses of foam & bubble from 48" x 750 to 96" x 2000. Each material is different and if you have specific questions on what size bundle you should be looking at, feel free to "Ask the Expert".

Based on the height of the bundle we have options that consist of slitting the bundle to your specific needs. If you are in need of 12" rolls of Foam, Bubble or Spun Bond, we would slit the bundle just like the diagram below shows with a 48" roll to either cut 2 rolls of 24" or 4 rolls of 12". Shorter bundles take up less space and great for low-volume or retail applications.
We also have an option to where we are able to perforate bundles for an easy tear off sheet to add "quick and easy" into your shipping process. A perforated bundle is a great option for companies who ship out many products daily and companies who have production lines that need a quick fix speeding up the production rate. Interested in perforated bubble bags on a roll, check out one of our recent blog post on "Custom Packaging: Bubble Bags on a Roll"
We do carry Anti-Static foam and bubble along with our Green Eco-Friendly material! If you are interested in Spun Bond, we are able to take the large rolls we receive, unwind them to a smaller length and slit to your liking. If you don't think your size is realistic, think again, we see every size you can think of get sent out our facility. It's as easy as Requesting a Quote to see what we can do to help you.
