
We wanted to formally address some of the top questions we come across on a daily basis, whether it is from our current customers, future customers or phone calls that come in to our office. We want to help you with those questions that never seem to have the right answer! Now you will....
1) How long has Premier Protective Packaging been in business for?
We we established in 2000 and have been converting Foam, Bubble & Spun Bond Polypropylene into custom packaging ever since.
2) What is custom packaging?
Non-stock product made for a specific part or application. Also, Check out the last blog on 8 Questions to Ask Yourself When Creating Your Custom Package.
3) What do you keep in Stock?
Our 3/16 Bubble Out Bags with Lip and Tape along with our 3/32 PE Foam Stock bags. Pouch sizes range from 3 x 4 to 18 x 24.
4) How long does it take to fulfill a custom order? 
Approximately 2-3 weeks. A few reasons for that... one being that sometimes raw material needs to be ordered, large orders are being processed on certain machines and/or we have many orders to be filled.
5) Can I change or modify my order?
Depends on the item and how long after the order has been placed. If order was only quoted and not ordered, we can do a re-quote on item if a month out.
6) Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, but each item has different price breaks due to the yield & cost of raw material. Larger quantities ordered will always carry a lower price.
7) How long does a quote stay active with Premier?
We typically quote on a monthly basis; we can always do a re-quote based on possible price changes due to raw material price change.
8) Do we use Kraft paper?
No, we only carry Foam, Bubble, and Spun Bond Polypropylene with optional film applications.
9) What type of shipping methods do you use?
The most cost effective (UPS, LTL (Less-Than Truck Load), Truck Load, & Local Carrier)
10) Can I pick up my order at your facility?
Yes, we do offer Customer Pick-up at our location. We will call you to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.
11) What if I need to rush an order?
We try to work to accommodate special rush request, call customer service if you need support with an order.
12) What type of payment can I use?
As of right now we only accept Checks, we hope to build with online ordering in the future with accepting Credit cards.
13) Can I see the progress/status of my order?
With our great customer service, we keep you in the loop. All of our machines run 24/7 and we stick to our production lead times.
14) How do I become a Customer of Premier's?
Fill out our Customer Packet! Once your credit references have been approved we can get your ordered processed.
